The Position:
Position Summary:
§ Participate in the Delivery Management Team in defining global delivery strategies and representing the needs of the respective geography
§ Accountable for the execution of global delivery strategies including the deployment of global platforms and solutions
§ Guarantee efficient day-to-day operations of the business solutions deployed including strictly local ones
§ Actively drive the migration of local solutions to regional/global solutions and platforms.
§ Collaborate with the regional and local IM‘s and BSM‘s regarding process 5 and 6 and harmonize the processes in alignment with Global Shared Services
§ Ensure the successful delivery of the approved geographic/regional project portfolio
§ Build an efficient regional organizational setup aligned with the geography, the sites and the global shared services
§ Identify HR development needs and ensure the development of the delivery staff in the region to build up required capabilities
§ Manage the alignment of the regional delivery resources with their respective globally shared functions
§ Participate in the budget and project portfolio planning process together with Informatics Regions Heads, Management Services and Global Shared Services and consolidate regional project portfolios
§ Ensure support of strictly local applications
§ Actively drive the implementation of the new model and champion the delivery transformation

Responsibilities:
（1）Global strategy (Global)
Definition of global PGM delivery strategy aligned with
- PG sourcing principles and strategy
- PG architecture
- PG Operating Model
- Commercial Operations strategy and other Pharma Global Functions
（2）Strategy execution (Regional)
Meeting local and regional business needs by implementing standard solutions and platforms as defined in the global strategy
（3）Operations (Regional/Local)
Availability, reliability and performance of systems according to agreed Service Level Agreements
（4）Regionalization and globalization (Global)
Minimization of local and/or stand-alone solutions and solution delivery using more standard platforms delivered by Global Shared Services and deployed by the region
（5）Projects (Regional/Local)
Successful delivery of the approved geographic/regional project portfolio within the framework of the set business objectives, agreed cost, timelines and quality standards
（6）Organization (Regional/Local)
Efficient and optimal regional organizational capabilities including clear roles & responsibilities and clear processes aligned with the New Operating Model
（7）People Management (Regional / Local)
Build up of individual capabilities, skills, expertise needed and drive regional HR initiatives such as Talent management together with the Informatics Region Head, perform all HR processes for the direct reports
（8）Regional–global alignment (Global)
Business needs met by deploying global platforms, solutions, technologies as provided by the Shared Service functions
（9）Budget and planning (Regional / Local)
Seamless portfolio planning process and a regionally consolidated and aligned project portfolio and budget
（10）Ensure support of strictly local applications (Local)
Availability and performance of local systems according to agreed Service Level agreements, ensure execution of processes 5 and 6 for local projects and operations
（11）Collaboration with Other PG Function
Clear interfaces with other PGx functions and appropriate service definitions if needed
Who you are:
（1）BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies
（2）Minimum 10+ years of delivery experience in at least one PGM relevant area (CRM, WMS, A&R) and/or cross-functional enterprise applications
- Understanding of regional business models and of the affiliates
- Experience in the specific culture of the region and dealing with key regional stakeholders
- IT project management experience
- Operating in a local-regional-global matrixes environment and global mindset
- Experience in change management and organizational development processes as well as managing and leading virtual teams
- General management skills in the area of planning, budgeting, portfolio management
