| 职位描述及要求 | |
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Data collection, research, and analysis, including preparing socio-economic baselines, and competent in obtaining and analysing general socio-economic data. 2.Formulate policy development. 3.Assess the dynamics between housing and population growth, such as the nature of new development and the potential profile of new occupiers. 4.Aassess the associated infrastructure needs of new sustainable communities. 5.May participate in multidisciplinary projects such as the preparation of recreation use estimates, conducting land use and GIS-based assessments, assessing a project’s potential agricultural and social impacts, and helping prepare community planning-related master plans and economic feasibility studies. 6.Plays a key role in marketing and business development of new opportunities, including conducting client presentations. 7.Project management for small to medium sized projects, including ensuring deadlines are met, financial management, and staff management. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Planning, or related field. 2.Generally requires 3 to 5 years related experience in a comparable position. 3.Prior consulting experience strongly preferred, but non-consultant candidates with relevant experience will be considered. 4.Familiarity with the delivery of sustainable communities, including land economics, delivery mechanisms and new policy approaches to the provision of public services. 5.Detail-oriented. 6.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential. 7.Excellent communication and writing skills are a must. 8.Good numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis. 9.Some experience of report writing. 10.A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment. 11.Relavant experience working in a regeneration or economic development environment would be advantageous. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至molly.chen@edaw.com。 |
