Description: The Production Support Engineer position provides technical manufacturing support for products as part of the Manufacturing team. The position is a role with a strong initial focus on process simplification and improvement across multiple modalities, and furthermore must be able to work autonomously. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring Regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification Ensuring EHS compliance and improvement Improving product quality Reducing product lead time via the implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts on the production line Maintaining and generating comprehensive procedures Quality Specific Goals: 1.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4.Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications 5.Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs Qualifications: 1.BS in Engineering or High School diploma and 5 years production support experience 2.Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: 1.Strong oral and written communication skills 2.Strong technical acumen 3.Highly motivated, energetic, and creative 4.Lean Manufacturing experience 5.Greenbelt Certified 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至weiqi.luan@ge.com。 |
