Position Purpose/Objective： This position is responsible for materials ordering & tracking for EPZ plant. Issue the production order / job order and follow with the production plan. Maintain the system data which influent the MRP running and manage the exceptions. Essential Responsibilities： 1. Planning Operation: Run MRP and planning workbanch daily. Release production order / job order and purchase request. Generate daily production schedule according to the system. Convert purchase request to purchase order, place purchase order for appropriate date and quantity to supplier. Contact with supplier for the delivery confirmation and materials expediting activities. Contact with relative teams to continuously improve on build to schedule rate. Work with Master Scheduler on the inventory control, safety stock set up and excess or obsolete stock handling. 2. MRP Maintainance: Maintain the system date of Customer Order, PR, PO and Production Order to assure the MRP well running. Clear MRP exceptional messages in a daily basis. Work with purchaser to maintain the proper leadtime, MOQ, Order Multiple, etc info in ERP which influent the MRP running. Maintain accurate records in accordance with policy and procedures. 3. Management: Backup on the absence of other planner Support the planning team on total supply chain lead time and cost improvement. Provide data for key performance indicators as per requirement from the team. Experience Required： 1. PC-proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT 2. Two years planning or material functional working experience in a multinational manufacturing company 3. Two years working experience in SAP or other ERP system is a must. 4. Good knowledge in MRP elements and processes 5. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and operation processes Other Position Requirements： 1. Highly motivated, responsible, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team 3. Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time. 4.
