Basic Responsibilities： The Project Manager will assist in researching and preparing documentation required for LEED certification of projects. S/he will also be responsible for administrative work pertaining to clients, such scheduling meetings and taking notes. The Project Manager will familiarize himself/herself with all of the requirements of LEEDTM (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for at least two building types, such as new construction and commercial interiors. Specific job responsibilities are given below: Collect from client various data, design documentation, product schedules, and other information to perform LEED consulting. Support in developing and maintaining a project management/tracking program. Support and maintain LEED Action Plans for various clients. Prepare and maintain a file of templates or model documents for LEED required “plans,” such as construction waste management, building commissioning, eroision and soil control, etc. Prepare and maintain file of LEED strategies, products, credit interpretations, and other useful data that can be assembled for any client project based on LEED Action Plan. Support the project manager of the communication related to projects. Prepare and maintain file of LEED Binder documents. Proof read/edit reports and presentations, as needed. Perform other job-related duties as required. Qualifications The Project Manager will have a B.S. in building or environmental sciences, HVAC, architecture, or a related field. A good command of written and spoken English is required.
