Reports to :VP sales and marketing Location: Shanghai Position Summary This position will be responsible to grow sales and profits; increase market share; understand the current market situation for Dibasic fatty acids, adjacent markets for DCA, ABE and related biomass derived products in terms of market size, segments, regulatory changes, technologies used, competitors supply position, their capacity, channel of sale, and price trends. This position will need to be able to triangulate market data and work cross-functionally with R&D, production and sales to achieve common sales and profit objectives and recommend winning market strategies. Key Responsibilities -Achieve revenue and profit objectives. -As standard work, deliver market update for DCA, ABE and select products in adjacent markets. -As standard work, create and update a capabilities overview for benchmark competitors in China and Western markets. -As standard work, track price trends for direct and indirect products. -Prepare and present 3 year strategic plans that frame the current situation, game we are playing and how to win.
