职位描述及要求



Key Activities:

-Develops plans, budgets, sales forecasts, gap analysis and financial analyses to achieve sales objectives.
-Lead sales team in an act to identify business opportunities, develop new business/market and manage project activities and customer relationship to achieve revenue growth objectives.
-Identifies appropriate sales distribution for company’s product and determines and executes market strategy to convert opportunities into profitable growth.
-Ensure a steady and programmatic development of sales, develop a steady and beneficial customer base and increase profit.
-Develop and execute account strategy and plan, management of targeted customer relations, ensure customer satisfaction.
-Present and analyze issues, data and strategy to ensure successful penetration.
-Support marketing in assessing market, product and competitive information.
-Timely and accurate reporting of sales information.
-Coordinate with cross-functional team including Customer Service, Quality, Finance and Production, logistic etc.
-Provide the sales support to over-sea customers.
-Identify and resolve customer issues which impact revenue.

Acquired Knowledge and Skill Base Required for this Position:

-Strong leadership skills, knowledge and relevant experience in the sales management position of at least 6 years or more
-Strong selling skills including presenting, persuading, and negotiating of all aspects of the sales process. Evidence of sales successes in the recent past
-Strong oral and written communication skills plus ability to make effective and persuasive group presentations.
-Ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) in native language and English
-Mature judgment to identify and analyze problems on a daily basis and implement solutions.
-Strong proficiency in standard business computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
-Highly organized with a multi-task orientation.
-Technical knowledge in ilabel products developmentation Prefer)
