请注意: 该职位工作地点在东莞市麻涌镇大盛工业区润丰路,距广州开发区青年路口15分钟车程。 公司提供厂内宿舍及每天提供东莞市区、广州市区和番禺线路的上下班车,周末提供深圳线路班车。 职位:薪酬福利助理经理,条件稍逊者可应聘主管职位。 Title: C&B Assistant Manager or C&B Supervisor Responsibility 1. Attendance Management a)Maintaining the daily attendance management system of all employees; b)Managing the various leave and vacations. 2. Salary/Social Benefits a)Payroll management in general and fulfill the final calculation independently, make sure all the basic information and calculations are at least double checked to guarantee the accuracy of payroll. b)Calculate the salary, personal income tax and social benefits (like pension and housing fund) for all MCI Dongguan’s employees, together with Finance prepare the salary payment on 10th and 25th each month for Chinese Employees and Expatriates respectively c)Calculate the salary, personal income tax for temporary workers, and arrange the salary payment and management fee to the labor agents. d)Help new employees to prepare the pension/housing fund documents and add them to our insurance system.. e)Report the pension, housing fund and other social insurance to local labor bureau, and update the relevant information required by labor bureau, help employee to prepare the documents for getting the benefit from labor bureau f)Responsible for explain the updated social welfare regulations 3. Report a)Responsible to make monthly KPIs report related C&B issues b)Monthly Review data input to HRM before 24th each month (the salary adjustment and welfare data on a monthly basis). c)Responsible to report the information required by local Social Insurance Bureau d)Prepare the Annual Inspection to local Social Insurance Bureau 4. HR EDP Systems a)Responsible for daily data input and system maintenance, make sure the accuracy of data inputting and updating in systems, coordinate with each department to make sure the data in HR and various department is match with each other. 5. External relationship Maintain good relationship with related government authorities Requirement 1. Min. 3 years job experience within the HR area 2. Min. 3 years of solid experience with C&B area 3. Knowledge of Chinese labor market and employee regulations, preferably Guangdong province area 4. Flair for HRIS especially for payroll and attendance module. 5. Profound skills in Microsoft office applications especially EXCEL 6. University degree in Human Resources or related 7. Language: English and Chinese, in written and oral level 8. Ability to lead a little team and make sure harmonious team working 9. Ability to follow up 10. Good communication skills 11. Cooperative 12.
